To help us to do this, Talent & Development is now hiring a Global Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) Learning Lead – Professional Skills to join our Learning & Leadership Development team. Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategy for developing and maintaining high-quality learning content to enhance the skills and competencies of professionals across the globe. You will partner with the T&D Technology Solutions and the L&LD teams to curate, design and deliver engaging learning experiences that align with the evolving needs of our diverse audience while driving measurable outcomes. Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field Proven experience in designing and delivering professional development programs for a global audience Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies Excellent project management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data Strategic thinking linked to business strategy Proficiency in learning management systems, content authoring tools, and digital learning platforms Strong process development and content lifecycle management skills Desirable Skills/Experience: Degreed experience desired At AstraZeneca, we are driven by learning.
