We are seeking a self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Training Specialist to help us offer high-quality technical programs. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders, to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs that enhance the technical skills and knowledge of our customers, partners, and employees. What will be your responsibilities Regularly review and update training courses and programs by incorporating feedback from learners and stakeholders and proactively identifying gaps, to ensure accuracy, relevance, and continuous improvement Manage the translation of the training programs into French (other languages may be required) Continuously monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness and success, ensuring alignment with company KPIs and standards, learning objectives, and training best practices Design, build and deliver engaging technical training courses and programs, for learners in different levels, locations, and settings, to educate them on technical concepts and procedures, which may include: Creating and delivering "Train the Trainer" courses Creating miscellaneous technical training courses, such as video tutorials Leveraging existing materials (videos, presentations, and others) Implementing certification and recertification paths Creating visuals and other interactive content to support and enhance the learning experience. What are the requirements to join us in this position Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, developing and delivering technical training Fluency in English Trainer's training or similar certification Knowledge of training best practices and instructional design Ability to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical audiences Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Hand-on experience with authoring and content creation tools Strong organisational skills, capable of working autonomously and proactively Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multilingual teams Creative problem-solving skills Strategic and out-of-the-box thinking Good working knowledge of French and/or German, Italian, or another European language Certification in instructional design, e-learning, LMS management, or related field Previous work experience in a tech startup environment What will you get if you join us in this position The opportunity to join Bloq
