We are currently seeking a Global Key Account Manager to help create and deliver value to clients in Pharma, Biotech and Medtech, namely through RWD and evidence generation solutions. You will work closely with both the CEO and the Head of Business Development & Sales, reporting to the latter. What you'll be expected to do Build a thorough understanding of our solutions and value proposition Lead and coordinate client interactions Work consultatively with clients to identify and develop new business opportunities and manage long-term and strategic relationships Support the execution of our Land & Expand strategy with Life Sciences clients Grow framework agreements both in scope and regional implementation Drive contract renewals and the respective increase in TCV Navigate procurement and legal processes at clients in an efficient manner Develop ABPs and perform quarterly business reviews Synthesize the voice of the customer and convey it internally to Product and Product Marketing teams Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, Real World Evidence, and Data Science teams Qualifications and work experience Possess 3-5 years of extensive experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Delivery roles within reputable healthcare-related businesses. Proven track record of success in functions such as Market Access, Commercial or Marketing positions at Pharma, MedTech, or BioTech companies or deeply interacting with these personas. Extensive experience leading cross-functional projects that connect different stakeholders of the health system (Payer, Providers and Industry) Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, particularly in English, is absolutely mandatory. Proficiency in Portuguese or German is considered a strong additional asset Highly valuedPrior healthcare-related SaaS, and/or Enterprise Analytics and/or data sales experience, with proven track record of delivered results Strong networking capacity in Pharma/ MedTech/ BioTech field Excellent understanding of drug and device development life cycles Good understanding and hands-on experience in Value-Based Agreements Personality and behavioral traits You hold deep empathy for clients and have a strong focus on achieving revenue expansion and growth.
