Overview:We aim to become the number 1 provider for the applicable products & services across all significant large clients, typically hotel chains & ownership groups operating in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA).
We call these significant chains our "Key Accounts."The Global Hospitality Team is the customer-oriented coordination unit in which all major activities associated with our Key Accounts are consolidated.
This coordination applies not only between the chain and our company, but also with other external stakeholders with a vested interest.
Addressing these requirements is essential to make the evolutionary step from being "yet another vendor" to being a "strategic partner."What will you do?Be the ultimate "go-to person/SPOC" internally for all Key Account-related business;Be the ultimate "go-to person/SPOC" for the Key Accounts to help them navigate the company;Be the owner of the end-to-end value chain for all Key Account clients;Manage RFI/RFP processes & grow Key Accounts contribution to the business through new sell, cross-sell and upsell, opening new territories, etc;Publish, maintain & grow a Framework Agreement Matrix;Indirect Business: support other colleagues to execute opportunities created by the Frame Agreements that are signed centrally;Be actively involved in closing local deals when needs be;Direct Business: sign direct business where local involvement is not required;Embody the concept of "Customer Obsession," troubleshoot persistent service issues and execute plans with Operations colleagues to ensure the highest quality standards are met;Meet regularly with chains (not just QBRs) to proactively manage the relationship;Regularly publish and update Key Account Plans; report chain updates to management;Provide a consultancy service to the countries to support large national bids;Report market intelligence on prices, competition, market dynamics, etc;Be responsible for the flow of information both up and down the chain;Work closely with the assigned operational PSDMs & the central Support Organization;Potential for periods of high travel intensity;Goal getter;Strong, assured mentor type-personality;Team player and "facilitator" for Cluster teams to win deals.Measurement Metrics:Bonus on Key Account Targets as approved by Management (Corporate Targets);Commission share on direct & indirect sales (Commission).What can you expect from us?Work in a collaborative, innovative environment with leading OEMs;Career growth opportunities in a global organization;A permanent job contract for a long term project;Tech equipment + SIM Card + personal smartphone;Health and Life Insurance;Social events and team buildings;The commitment of letting you grow with us, and be rewarded accordingly;A dynamic and young team that will be always there to support you;Training in the latest technologies;Coffee, fruits, snacks and a warm welcoming when you pass by the office.Tipo de oferta: Período Integral
