Perfil ideal Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role;Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution at the executive level;Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations;Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and manage cross-functional relationships;HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus;Skills and Competencies:Strategic thinking and visionary leadership;Strong organizational and project management skills;Analytical and data-driven decision-making;Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite;Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Work Environment:This position requires international exposure and and deep experience in managing international teams (HR Leaders);This position is based in an office environment but may require occasional travel.
