The People & Organization Department intends to recruit a Global Compensation Specialist.
What you will do: Support the team with the global compensation framework implementation, considering the guidelines for the several reward topics organizational segments definition, leveling methodologies (leveling assessment and job mapping), annual base salary and variable pay strategy, other compensation components, salary review/ merit program (inc. inflation), salary band management golden rules, and the global reward calendar;Participate in global projects relevant to EDP Group, promoting the employer brand and contributing to One Company's goal, where the reward strategy is an enabler for attracting, retaining, and managing talent;Support the team with the global rules for the annual bonus and merit programs for the Group, controlling the guidelines, and validating the exercise to ensure the internal policies and equity;Support on managing the market data from different providers and ensure the benchmarks required for regular activity and specific purposes (projects, needs, others), supporting the decisions and the reward strategy;Support on the definition of the KPI Model in alignment with the group's strategies; Coordination with stakeholders;Preparation and management of reports and the Scorecard; Management of communication and the Teams Channel.Support the team with the digitalization of the area processes, searching for optimization opportunities and focusing on continuous improvement of the internal activity in articulation with the other global teams;Advises/collaborates with the P&O Business Partners on all compensation-related issues for their respective client groups. What are we looking for: Bachelor's or master's degree in business management or HR Management;Up to 3 years proven experience in HR Compensation & Benefits Roles or FP&A Roles;Structuring remuneration packages: Analyzing and recommending remuneration packages, such as salaries and variable payments adjustments;Market benchmarking: Analyzing market salary data to ensure that the company remains competitive;Job evaluation: Structuring job classification systems and adjusting salary bands according to the market and organizational strategy;Data analysis: Ability to work with large volumes of compensation data to make decisions based on figures;Key Performance Indicators: analyzing KPIs structures, aligned with the business plan to recommend model proposals and monitoring of those KPIs achievements;Soft skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments and manage employee expectations.
