This position will be for our client - a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful city of Lisbon. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will represent a very well-known but recently launched subscription video on-demand streaming service. You will assist viewers through phone and/or chat about their account and will discuss and solve any billing issues. Besides this, you will talk to them through basic site and application navigations and will troubleshoot any system configurations and network settings. First time resolution is important in this job.
The successful candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills in German (both spoken and written)Good command of EnglishHighly motivated, driven and adaptable
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, Skype, and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful! The basic salary for this role is Euro 1100 gross p/m PLUS free accommodation (which will be a room in a shared flat). Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate, which includes: flight reimbursement, airport pickup, and your accommodation is provided during your employment.
