Key Responsibilities:

Content Review: Examine videos, audio, comments, links, and user-generated content to determine if they comply with community guidelines. Tag and address content that violates rules to maintain a safe environment for all users.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all content, including cover images and titles, aligns with platform policies and guidelines.
User Engagement: Address user appeals and concerns related to content moderation, providing support and clarity as needed.
Compliance Assurance: Work closely with your team to uphold platform compliance regulations and contribute to a consistent and effective moderation process.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with emerging trends and user behavior to proactively identify potential issues and adjust moderation practices accordingly.
Feedback and Improvement: Offer constructive feedback on content moderation processes and collaborate with internal teams to enhance moderation strategies and tools.

Requirements:

C2 proficiency in German
B2 proficiency in English
EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
