Tasks Your responsibilities and impact working as a Travel Agent will be: Providing accurate and detailed information about the company's holiday offers Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email Assisting customers with managing their bookings, queries and requests Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations Requirements Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle Benefits What's in it for you?
