The Role: As a Technical Support Advisor you will represent a very well known IT software company where you will provide outstanding technical support to business clients. Your role will include identifying and addressing issues through various communication channels, including phone and web-based interactions. Your responsibilities include but are not limted to: Taking prompt ownership of new cases and escalations. Providing assistance to business clients, partners, and fellow engineers. Conducting thorough research to investigate problems and to technical troubleshoot customer's issues. Collaborating with management and engineering to address service issues, generate bug fixes, and create necessary test cases.
