German-Speaking Technical Support Specialist – 100% Remote!

Minimum Requirements:
Native-level German communication skills (both written and spoken);
Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level);
Willingness to work in rotating shifts;
Strong computer skills and at least 1 year of experience in technical support or system administration;
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
EU passport/ID or Portuguese residency card.
Basic knowledge of the above-mentioned software and experience in technical support or system administration is essential for this position.
