Requirements
Your Profile:Native-level German (C2) and proficient English skillsExperience in technical troubleshooting is a plusStrong communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues to non-technical usersComfortable with PC and basic software (Google Docs, Google Sheets)Knowledge of wireless troubleshooting is a plusPatient, solution-oriented, and empathetic when dealing with customer issuesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle personal data responsiblyProactive and self-motivated, with a strong team player mindsetA keen interest in staying updated with the latest tech and IT trends
