Location : Libon, Portugal (hybrid)
Role : German speaking Sales Graduate
Salary : EUR 36,000-40,000 basic gross p / a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (€45-60K OTE)
Hours : 40 hrs per week Mon- Fri office hrs
Relocation package : EUR 1,500 pre-paid expense for relocation plus flight to Lisbon

You will help your clients automate old-fashioned back-office processes to achieve greater efficiency, insight and control.
For their international hub in Lisbon, our client is looking for energetic and target driven sales professionals to join their commercial team.
The Role
As a Sales Graduate, you will build a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders. Your responsibilities include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Account Executives. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives on the challenge of identifying the right contacts, is driven by targets, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone!
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
Fluent in German and English
Previous sales experience in a B2B setting
A motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
Thrives on meeting sales targets and always looks for ways to exceed expectations
