Workster partners with a leading tech company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Network Circuit Provisioning Coordinator for their Lisbon office.Ideal job for candidates that have experience working for a Telecom company in the fixed-line process for any of the following global Telecom clients across the globe. If you've handled customer issues related to Broadband/Fibre Provisioning, No-Connectivity, Wireless, or Slow-Speed issues, you'll have a rewarding career on the Network-side of how customers consume Internet and Data & Voice Services.Your RoleReview Telco Access and Circuit orders by performing network checks and site readiness to ensure provisioning of orders is in line with customer's requests.Perform and document all checks and component testing to determine completeness and accuracy of all information.Perform tasks and activities to ensure on-time requests through to local Telco Access providers.Manage exceptions and escalations, documenting and escalating as required to meet customer commitment timelines.Deliver on-time response and resolution updates via phone, email, and tickets/tasks from various stakeholders, both internal and external.Provide weekly order summary performance to drive Telco turnaround performance.Track, manage, and resolve all Third-Party Access Provider related activities, milestones, and escalations.Coordinate with Local Field Technicians, 3rd Party Vendors, and Local Telco Access providers in performing standard testing, installation, and activation of local circuits and porting of telephone numbers in systems, as well as troubleshooting connectivity issues.Coordinate and conduct standard testing as required based on the product type.Troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues identified and certify services end-to-end.Support escalated cases from Network Field Operations or Customers to assist with site surveys when circuit testing is involved.Your QualificationsCustomer-facing experience with good knowledge of Telecommunications and familiarity with working with Telcos – Fixed Line: At the time of submitting your resume, please identify the Telco provider and the country you've had experience working with/or for.Good command of German and English (C1)Basic knowledge of Networking Infrastructure – Hubs, Switches, Routers (mainly Layer 1 & 2 devices).Very good with Task management:Attention to DetailAbility to follow instructions and logical tasksAbility to remember and organize follow-up tasksAbility to document tasks and actions for order reviews and updatesAbility to coordinate with others to ensure task completionExcellent computer system proficiency skills with working and navigating across multiple applicationsMinimum experience of working in an International Telecoms environment of 1 year.OfferPermanent contractPrivate health and life insurance from day one in the companyWorking hours: Monday to FridayOn-site Work ModuleMeal allowance on card/voucherClose to the beachProgressive company cultureSunny weatherWeekdays onlyApply & ShineShow us what makes you stand out!
