Are you ready to pack your bags and kick-start your career in Lisbon?We are looking for German Junior Social Media Content Moderators to start their career in Digital Marketing and Online Advertising.Responsibilities: Provide B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses via chat, email, and phone Consult B2B clients on optimization procedures for their advertising base in the online and digital advertising domain Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products Offer recommendations to common B2B problems or frequently asked questions Maintain and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients Provide customer insights and feedback from our B2B clients to engineering Requirements Native or proficient level of German (C2) Advanced level of English both verbal and written Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver Experience with online advertising products and social media will be considered a plus Must hold EU citizenship Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal Benefits Competitive salary (1.300€ gross (house excluded) or 1000€ gross (house + expenses included) Extra productivity bonuses First-class ongoing training and development Career development opportunities Multicultural and modern working environment Sports Relocation package covered And of course, if you are located outside Portugal or Lisbon...The relocation package is covered!
