German-Speaking IT Customer Service Representatives – Inbound and Outbound Location: Remote (Anywhere in Portugal) or Office-Based in Lisbon Job Type: Full-Time Compensation Options: Option 1: Gross salary of €1,514/month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment; includes allowances in the Lisbon area).
Option 2: Gross salary of €1,834/month (no accommodation provided; includes allowances and bonuses).
About the Role: Join a team supporting one of the world's leading IT companies, renowned for providing innovative IT software and hardware solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries (approx.
80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat.
Client Support: Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and medium-sized businesses across sectors like healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education.
Problem-Solving: Offer customer-oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Sales and Product Information: Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates.
Training Details: Duration: 3 weeks (conducted in English).
Content: Training on software systems for electronic data processing.
Comprehensive product and service overview.
Customer relationship management and consultation techniques.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
160 hours per month.
Requirements: Languages: Native-level German proficiency.
B2-level English proficiency.
Skills: Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office.
Basic hardware knowledge.
Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
