Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for a variety of roles in the DACH region.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
Utilize various platforms and tools for proactive candidate sourcing.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing support and feedback as needed.
Present qualified candidates to clients, showcasing their qualifications and strengths.
Requirements Fluency in German and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
