Responsibilities

Source and attract potential candidates who are fluent in German and possess relevant skills
Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and eligibility for specific positions
Develop job descriptions and postings to attract highly qualified candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, referrals, and networking events
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements

Requirements
Fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
