Key Qualifications:

Native-level fluency in Albanian (written and verbal).
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in customer support (a plus but not required).
Must hold an EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.
German language proficiency at native or C1 level.
