From our paperless onboarding to taking the first payment, they make it easy. Traditional offerings leave out small businesses, but they don't. Job Responsibilities: Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing Your Profile: Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smart phone, tablet or computer is easy for you) Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable) Excellent language skills in German and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you Curious and persistent to solve issues Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations Our Offer: Base salary + attractive bonus structure Career opportunities within an internationally established company.
