The Role:We are seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor to join our client's international team in Porto. In this role you will support customers who place advertisements with a very well-known global online media pioneer. Your customer interaction is primarily done via email and chat. Beside problem solving queries, you will also be responsible for recognizing sales opportunities, either forwarding them to the sales team or offering consultative support. Furthermore, you will identify and address fraudulent activity to minimize risk and support billing inquiries and process refunds for eligible advertisers.RequirementsFluent in German and good command of EnglishStrong attention to detail.Have an interest in advertising and marketing.On offerCompetitive salary of up to 1285 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance, night shift allowance) plus free accomodation (room in a shared company flat).
