Salary: 16-19K euro gross p/a (depending on experience) plus benefits (food vouchers, public transport allowance and performance bonus)
Relocation: 2000 euro gross relocation bonus offered to those relocating outside Portugal
As a Customer Advisor, you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding support via social media to users of this global media platform. This is an exciting role where you will be responding to customers' queries via social media, managing the company's social media visibility, and reviewing the social media channels. This role will suit someone who has a passion for Social Media with excellent communication skills.
Requirements
Fluency in German and a good command of English
Previous experience working in either Social Media, Customer Service and/or PR
Eagerness to learn and attention to details
Flexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environment
Ability to multi-task
Salary and benefits
Basic gross annual salary between 16-19K euro plus benefits. Daily food vouchers per working day of euro 7.63. Public transport/Commuting allowance of 60 euro p/m. An annual performance bonus of 5% is offered. A relocation bonus of 2000 euro is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal. Further benefits include training and development, career opportunities, monthly language bonus, free tea/coffee and water, and working in exciting new international office in Lisbon.
