German-speaking Banking Customer Support Advisor Work for an international leader in outsourced customer service which is partnering with a major German Bank looking to strengthen their German-speaking customer service operations in beautiful Porto – great location, fantastic shifts!
Your Role
Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email and chat)
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
Your Qualifications
Excellent German (C1) and fluent English (B2) skills
Passionate about customers and customer service
Problem-solving skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
