We are recruiting a German Speaker for a Content Moderator role in Porto!
Location: POP - Porto Office Park, Porto Work Schedule: Rotative Shifts - Monday to Sunday 24/7 (8 hours per day rotational, 2 days-off) Work Arrangement: On-site work in Porto Contract: Permanent Documents required: EU citizenship, Portuguese residence card, or manifestation of interest.
Key Responsibilities: -Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material -Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform -Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload -Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') -Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services -Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client -Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed Requirements : -Highschool Diploma -Availability to work in rotational shifts -Availability to start immediately -German speaker (C1 level).
-Proficient in English (B2 level).
-No experience required -Strong written communication skills.
