What does your day-to-day in this role look like as a Social Media Sales Advisor:

Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email, identifying sales

Acquiring new advertisers within the small and medium business (SMB) sector

Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal

Using existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals

Regularly feeding product feedback from customers back into the organization in order to continuously improve advertising products

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

Fluent in German and English

2 years minimum working experience, ideally in b2b/b2c sales

EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
