Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Assist with product-related questions, technical issues, and order concerns.Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.Provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system. Qualifications Fluency in German (C2 level) with a good command of English (minimum B2 level).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.No prior experience required – open to entry-level candidates.Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
