We are looking for German customer support for a Customer Support Position in Lisbon.

Requirements Native or near-native German
A good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)
Team player and open-minded
Good knowledge of computer tools
Excellent oral and written communication and argumentation skills
Proactive, dynamic, and motivated
Non-European candidates need a work permit
Responsibilities Ensure quality service by responding to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and/or e-mail
Provide active listening and empathy
Support and manage customer issues
Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to various customer requests
