Responsibilities: Customer advice by telephone and email; Helping customers with issues / situations that might arise.
You will deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email and phone); Be a passionate advocate for users while answering any questions that come your way; Requirements Ideally previous experience in the field of Customer Service (online or face to face) Excellent communication skills, native level of German is required, fluent level of English.
Soft skills Problem solver Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training Quick learner Benefits Refund of the initial flight ticket to relocate to Portugal Full accommodation in shared apartment, individual room for yourself.
Expenses paid by the company: water, electricity, internet, cable TV and cleaning services once per week.
Two yearly flight tickets to your home country.
Health package Salary: 1300 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) without accommodation / 1000 euros gross per month (12 payments per year) with accommodation & expenses included plus performance bonuses.

Monday to Sunday working hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
