We have the answer for you - as a Customer Service Order Management for a medical technology company.

About the Role: Handles customer database updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance.Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients.Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes.Responsible for the review and administration of price deviations and exceptions.Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed.Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories.Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization's pricing strategy.Provide support for system upgrades and implementations related to pricing.Administer and upload exceptions for customers' price list from customers.Undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service / data maintenance role.Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives.Represents the company professionally, ethically, and morally at all times. We offer:
Direct contract with the client: no term
40h per week
Salary: 23K + other benefits
