Customer Service Representatives are the first contact point for customers with questions or concerns. Their primary objective is to ensure customers have a seamless experience and feel satisfied with the company's products or services.Whether through phone, email, or chat, CSRs are always ready to go the extra mile!RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chatResolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficientlyManage high volumes of inbound and outbound callsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsProvide up-to-date product and service information to customersEscalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as neededCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concernsMaintain a positive and professional attitude at all timesContinuously improve your knowledge of products and servicesMeet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and resolution timeContribute to team goals and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retentionProvide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.REQUIREMENTS:High school education diplomaNative or near-native level of GermanFluent in English (minimum C1 level, oral validation will be conducted)Excellent communication and argumentation skillsStrong technology/computer skillsRelocation package on offer if coming from abroad#J-18808-Ljbffr
