Tasks: Reviewing online videos/content/complaints/legal notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material.
Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform.
Auditing content received and sharing for social media upload.
Ensuring service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators ('KPIs').
Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client.
Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and that compliance processes are followed.
Requirements: C1 or higher in German.
B2 in English.
Associate degree in a related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred.
Strong customer service orientation skills.
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
Dependable with strong attention to detail.
Skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.
Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
