Genesys Developer

Seeking a Genesys Developer at WE ARE META. We're focused on finding the perfect match between our Rhinos and our clients.
For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
At least 3 years of professional development experience.
Experience with Java and/or .NET.
Knowledge of Genesys components such as Composer, Routing, and Reporting.
Understanding of contact center operations and business processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users.
Experience with technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and telephony systems may also be beneficial.
French-speaking will be a plus.
Good English level (at least B2).
Availability to work in a hybrid work model in Porto, Portugal.
