At least 3 years of professional development experience.Experience with Java and/or .NET.Knowledge of Genesys components such as Composer, Routing, and Reporting.Understanding of contact center operations and business processes.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users.Experience with technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and telephony systems may also be beneficial.French-speaking will be a plus.Good English level (at least B2).Availability to work in a hybrid work model in Porto, Portugal.Become a part of the crash.
