About the Program
Syensqo is excited to launch our Global Business Services (GBS) Internship Program within our Procurement Service Line, focusing on critical areas such as Accounts Payable, Provisioning, and Travel & Expense (T&E). This program offers an incredible opportunity to be part of Syensqo's global transformation journey, working alongside our teams in Lisbon and Curitiba. Interns will gain hands-on experience, develop specialized skills, and play a vital role in optimizing processes within our Procurement division.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your role within Accounts Payable, Provisioning, or T&E, your responsibilities may include:
Accounts Payable: Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure payment accuracy.Handle account reconciliation and monitor outstanding payments.Assist with month-end closing activities and respond to vendor inquiries.Recommend and implement process improvements.Provisioning: Create and send purchase orders and contact to vendors.Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, monitoring vendor performance.Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process enhancement and participate in Procurement projects.Travel & Expense (T&E): Post and verify expense reports in the T&E system.Administer corporate cards and support reconciliation activities.Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain operational procedures.Identify process improvements to optimize T&E operations.What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree (or in final year) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.Previous experience or knowledge in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or T&E is preferred but not required.Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus:Lisbon: French, Italian, German.Curitiba: Spanish.You'll get familiar with ERP systems (SAP) and satellites.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Good communication and collaboration skills.Why Join Us?
