AstraZeneca is expanding an internal Project Management capability in our Global Business Services (GBS) group. We are seeking a talented individual passionate about people and their development. This role will ensure that we develop and maintain a culture of high performance and engagement within our rapidly growing, global team.
Accountabilities: As an Employee Engagement Manager, you will partner with AstraZeneca Talent Acquisition teams, develop and maintain onboarding programs, implement comprehensive internal communication strategies, and foster a high-performance culture by ensuring up-to-date career paths as well as Learning & Development offerings. You will also develop trainings and mentor managers on strategies that boost employee engagement.
Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Relations or related field 5+ years of experience in HR, talent & development, organizational development, or related experience Experience managing projects related to employee engagement and experience within an organization that highly values a diverse workforce Demonstrated experience in people analytics Experience in creating a training program and ongoing professional development framework Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proficient in the latest digital communication tools and platforms Excellent business engagement and business acumen with sensitivity to internal and external political/economic environment Desirable Skills/Experience: Experience in onboarding large amounts of people to a new organization in a structured way Experience working in a shared services function Proven track record to perform highly in a complex and changing business environment Pharmaceutical or equivalent global & complex organization experience Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures and guidelines At AstraZeneca, we're dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
