Functional Analysts

Inetum is looking to strengthen one of its internal teams with a Functional Analyst, with a special focus on Change Management.
Profile 3-4 years' experience as a functional analyst
Experience in change management
Carry out market and customer research to understand the target audience and create relevant and engaging texts
Ability to work with the production and editing of videos, newsletters, articles for websites and social networks
Editing and reviewing produced materials to ensure accuracy and coherence
Presenting new ideas and proposing new solutions to the team related to company and project objectives
Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the team's writing process
Ability to communicate with clients
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, and attention to detail
