Starting Date: 9th January 2025 Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries related to hotel reservations.
Provide support via multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Ensure a high-quality service experience for all users.
Requirements: - Native Spanish + English (B2+/C1) - Availability to work at night - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - EU member state passport, a valid residence card in Portugal or an Expression of Interest Work Schedule: - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week - Rotational shifts, including public holidays and weekends (extra pay is applicable) - Specific schedule: Overnight (9:30 PM 6:30 AM) Contract Type: - 6-month renewable contract with a 30-day trial period
