THE ROLE Our Document Collection department serves as the central hub of our business, ensuring the accuracy of customer uploads and providing essential support throughout our 'Sell Your Car' journey. Your role is vital to delivering a seamless and successful customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Document Verification and AccuracyReviewing and verifying customer-uploaded documents for accuracy and compliance.Addressing discrepancies by requesting additional information or clarification from customers.Customer Communication and SupportGuiding customers through the document submission process with clear communication and timely follow-ups.Resolving queries and providing excellent service to enhance the customer experience.Collaboration and Process ImprovementCoordinating with internal teams to support smooth transactions and efficient workflows.Identifying opportunities to improve processes and advocating for a straightforward, customer-focused experience.WHAT YOU'LL NEED Experience: You have prior experience in a dynamic customer-facing role, accurately verifying documentation, preferably in a phone-based environment, making outbound calls, and sending follow-up emails to customers.Proactive Mindset: You embody our value of being proactive by taking initiative, seeking solutions to complex problems, and continuously striving to improve processes.
