You'll be part of a small (20-30 people), yet extremely passionate, highly motivated, and open-minded team. You'll have the freedom to drive the creation of an innovative product, bring new ideas to the table, lead on your area of expertise, and craft your development path within the company.
Tasks Your role in our growing, hungry, and highly motivated team is vital. You will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical solutions, thereby contributing to our platform's overall success and growth and, ultimately, the transformation of the consumer goods industry.
In this position, you will:
Support the company's growth: Preparing and evolving our processes and code base to accommodate more traffic and clients. Enhance Services: Improve existing backend and frontend services by writing maintainable code, refactoring as needed, and implementing new features to meet evolving business needs. Facilitate Full-Stack Development: Contribute to front-end and back-end code, enhancing overall team efficiency. You'll help drive full-stack development to enhance and deliver our product successfully. Collaborate with Product Management: Work with the product management team to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure efficient development processes. Contribute to Development and Best Practices: Actively engage in the development process, conduct code reviews, and uphold best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment. Your contributions will help maintain high standards across the development lifecycle. Innovate and Improve: Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance our platform's performance, scalability, and reliability. Skills and Experience Education: Outstanding degree in Computer Science or similar 3+ experience in the SaaS product or marketplace field Proven track record in full-stack development Expertise in Java, REST API, TypeScript and React Bonus if you have experience with Spring Boot, Relational databases Bonus if previously exposed to start-up and scale-up environments Work Approach and Values Familiar with agile development approaches Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust flexibly to frequent context changes Hands-on and solution-oriented attitude Taking complete ownership and accountability over your work Good communication skills Ambition to grow within the company Team player with high integrity Location Based in Lisbon or within a comfortable commute distance.
