We are currently seeking a passionate Front Office Agent o join the the team @Pestana Porto; The Pestana Hotel Groupis the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents. Key Responsibilities Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out. Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Respond to all guest questions and requests. Answer and forward phone calls. Ensure quality standards are in compliance Keep a tidy and orderly workspace.
