What will be your main responsibilities and duties:
Checks in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names whenever possible;
Assures that guests are assigned the type of room requested and the correct rate is charged;
Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest rooms;
Checks out guests at the end of their stay. Ascertains guest satisfaction, collects keys, posts late charges, and presents the bill to guests. Settles bills accurately through credit card or cash transaction;
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
Resolves customer complaints;
Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.;
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guests will be in person and by phone;
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
What you will bring to us:
Experience from a Front Office of a 5* hotel or similar luxury environment is appreciated;
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle stress;
Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation;
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guests' preferences;
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends, and holidays;
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country;
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
