We're on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader, with sales superpowers and a flawless command of French and English to join our fantastic team.
Daily tasks: Management, support, organization and further development of the assigned team;Management of approximately 10 to 20 employees;Constant monitoring of team performance and achievement of annual objectives;Regular coaching / feedback of individual team members (motivation training) and guarantee of employee process know-how;Discussions on performance and objectives with each employee;Guarantee quality and quantity standards within the team;HR Responsibilities: time and absence management, involvement in recruiting process. Requirements:
Native or fluent French and English (mandatory).
At least 1 year of experience in team management and in a call center (mandatory).
A strong service mentality and customer orientation + Sales oriented.
Excellent knowledge of PC- / MS-Office.
Great motivation and determination.
Strong initiative and implementation.
Enthusiasm, team player and positive mindset.
