We are urgently hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to provide top-notch service for a renowned beauty brand. You'll be helping customers with their inquiries and making sure they have an outstanding experience.

Your Role:
Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Manage after-sales inquiries, including handling online orders, processing refunds, and resolving issues.
Address customer complaints and escalate cases when needed.
Respond to product-related inquiries and offer expert advice on cosmetics.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and boost loyalty.

Requirements:
C2-level French (spoken and written)
B2-level English
Experience is not required (but is preferred)
Must already reside in Portugal (between Coimbra and Algarve)
EU citizenship or a residence permit for Portugal
