French-Speaking Customer Support Agent (Fully Remote)

Description

First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our client's customers' needs aiming to provide an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries.

Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot system configurations, and network settings.

Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries.

Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Requirements:

Experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

French and English needed.
