We are seeking a committed and customer-focused individual for the role of Remote French-Speaking Customer Service Representative. This position is available exclusively to candidates based in Portugal, providing you the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to our global operations.Role Overview:As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our French-speaking customers around the globe. You will ensure they receive outstanding support and a positive shopping experience. Your role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This position requires strong customer service skills, empathy, and effective communication in both French and English.While experience in customer service is beneficial, it is not required. We are committed to supporting your growth and will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. Our company values enthusiasm and dedication and is invested in your professional development and career progression.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Provide prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.Problem Resolution: Assist customers with issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information, striving to resolve them effectively.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and policies to deliver accurate and helpful information.Feedback Management: Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to relevant teams to enhance the overall customer experience.Multitasking: Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.Team Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure smooth and effective customer service.Skill Enhancement: Participate in ongoing training and development to refine your skills and stay informed about industry trends.Qualifications:Language Skills: Proficiency in French (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.Residency: Must be based in Portugal. Although this is a remote position, residing in Portugal is necessary for legal and operational reasons.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to deliver information clearly and effectively.Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and a genuine desire to assist others.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues independently.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with various computer systems, customer management software, and online communication tools.Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not required.
