As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our French-speaking customers worldwide, ensuring they receive excellent support and a smooth shopping experience. This position requires strong customer service skills, empathy, and excellent communication abilities in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required, along with a strong command of English.Residency Requirement: Must currently be residing in Portugal. Although this is a remote role, being based in Portugal is necessary for legal and operational reasons.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine desire to assist others.Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues independently.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various computer systems, customer management software, and digital communication tools.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changes.Experience: Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage, but not essential.
