Job Description: Position Summary: As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed French-speaking customers.
Your main duty will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring each customer interaction is positive and efficient.
You will address various customer inquiries, including product details, order status, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Your objective is to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty through prompt, accurate, and professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
Offer precise information regarding products, services, order status, and policies.
Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Handle complaints, process returns and exchanges, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders.
Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with our product range and services.
Provide detailed and accurate product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to enhance our products, services, and customer support processes.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Technical Support: Offer basic technical support for our e-commerce platform and assist customers with navigating the website, using online tools, and troubleshooting common issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our customer service database.
Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
Proficiency in English or Portuguese is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and empathetically.
Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service or the e-commerce industry is beneficial but not required.
