As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Advisor to join our remote team based in Portugal. Job Description: Position Summary: As a Remote French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued French-speaking customers. Your main responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and efficient. You will manage a variety of customer inquiries, including product information, order status, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Your aim is to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, order status, and policies. Issue Resolution: Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Handle complaints, process returns and exchanges, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Order Management: Help customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product range and services. Provide detailed and accurate product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products, services, and customer support processes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Technical Support: Offer basic technical support for our e-commerce platform and assist customers with navigating the website, using online tools, and troubleshooting common issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our customer service database. Requirements: Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in English or Portuguese is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and empathetically
