Your role is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, reflecting the company's values and commitment to quality service.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from French-speaking customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, services, technical support, and product offerings.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and upsell where appropriate.Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.Feedback: Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve our products, services, and processes.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions.Qualifications:Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must.
