Job Description: We are currently seeking a French-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Porto. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and fluent in French to develop their career in a supportive and innovative environment. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued French-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, ranging from billing issues to technical support and product information. Your role is to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience, reflecting the company's values and commitment to quality service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from French-speaking customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, services, technical support, and product offerings. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and upsell where appropriate. Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Feedback: Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve our products, services, and processes. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions. Qualifications: Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must. Strong communication skills in English are also highly desirable. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and articulate communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. Customer Service Orientation: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly. Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Previous Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telecommunications is an advantage, but not a requirement
