You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, ranging from billing issues to technical support and product information. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from French-speaking customers, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to billing, services, technical support, and product offerings. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and upsell where appropriate. Documentation: Accurately log and document all customer interactions and actions taken in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Feedback: Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve our products, services, and processes. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and billing, to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions. Qualifications: Fluent in French (both written and spoken) is a must.
